Welcome to Wellsprings Village!

Wellsprings Mission Statement:

 

“To provide a safe, growthful environment for homeless and abused women. We seek to empower them to become economically, emotionally, self-sustaining, contributing members of society.”

 

Wellsprings Village is a nonprofit organization that provides transitional housing and services to women that need help to rebuild their lives. For over 20 years, Wellsprings staff and volunteers have been committed to helping women by focusing on education and employment, personal growth and development, and time and financial management. The program was founded in 1988 by Sr. Justin Farinella and Sr. Rita Owens in response to the community’s need for more long term housing assistance and supportive services for homeless women that did not have children in their immediate care.
